On May 14 & 15, 2020 the Odum School of Ecology & Center for the Ecology of Infectious Diseases will host a symposium dedicated to research at the interface of animal behavior and infectious disease ecology. Events will include a keynote address, a series of lectures by leading scientists from around the world, a poster session and reception, breakout sessions, and catered lunches.
We invite all interested parties to submit an abstract for consideration for a poster or short talk. We will be inviting a small of number of junior researchers to deliver short talks, selected from abstracts, with travel expenses covered. All other abstracts will be invited as poster presentations. Please submit your abstract to email@example.com by Monday, February 3rd, 2020 for consideration as a short talk or poster. Researchers selected for short talks will be notified by mid-March and will receive a travel scholarship for the conference.
